Soooo this is actually going to be a two part tutorial because I’m so excited to share the piece I painted for my parents for Christmas.

I was all set to paint a charming snowy cabin this week—something straight out of Grandma Moses' world. But then, a wave of requests on Instagram had me changing course. A magical Christmas tree, you all said. How could I resist?
