Mine aren't the only ones – I see other people's kids crawling all over them all the time.
And while my germaphobe tendencies would never let them get on it, I'm trying to live in my COOL MOM era.
And yesterday, as I whipped out my camera(phone) to take their picture, I was flooded in my brain by years and years of photos and memories in this exact same place.Â
I'm weepy. seeing these side by side.
Y'all, time is a literal thief.
Yes, I know their faces are covered. Hubs and I agreed a long time ago we wouldn't put their faces online. BUT these pics make me CRY.
And looking back on these memories had me thinking about some of the paintings I've done of MY OWN children – special treasures I adore.
