We’re headed to the Aegean today, where sun-drenched rooftops gleam white against the endless blue of the Mediterranean. This week’s miniature sketch is inspired by the iconic hillside views of Santorini—the dreamy domes, soft terraces, and that magical play of light on white architecture. This is a place where simplicity meets brilliance. And lucky for us, that makes it a perfect subject for watercolor.
This one’s all about restraint: soft touches, gentle washes, and letting your paint breathe.
